Pricing & Terms
PRICING
2025 Rates:
- Weekdays from 9AM to 5PM: $45 an hour
- Weekends, Rush Service, Before or After hours, Holidays: $65 an hour
- Any services outside of the 8 mile radius will be charged an additional $1.00 per mile due to the current high gas prices.
Services that are within the 8 mile radius will still be charged anything over 8 miles.
- Any services that go over one hour will be charged in 15-minute increments and are pro-rated to hourly rate.
TERMS
Service Charges
- All services are charged a one hour minimum. Services that run over the one-hour time are charged in 15-minute increments per the hourly rate.
IE:
- $45/hr = $11.25/15 min increments
- $65/hr = $16.25/15 min increments
- The hourly rate does not include any merchandise purchases or fees that are incurred from the service being provided.
Service Time & Invoicing
- The service is charged from the time the service starts to the time the service ends.
- All service requests will be required to book 50% of total booking to guarantee the booking for both parties. The 50% can be received in person, zelle, venmo, zelle, or pay pal. You can also send a check to my PO Box.
IE:
- Shopping- Coordination with my client on date & time is key; My business starts charging when I leave my home office in Pine Grove, to the location, to when I leave the premises is when my time ends.
- Business calls or administrative management- When my business proceeds with call management, researching, event coordinating, my end time stops when I am done with your tasks to complete.
- Business/Phone Calls- All calls are charged a 5-minute minimum. As a highly skilled personal assistant, from the time I dial to the time I leave a detailed message is included in the call time for the phone call if there is no answer. When calls/scheduling is done they will be charged by total time & typically by increments. I.E. if the total time of phone calls was 13 minutes the total time would be charged by one 15-minute increment.
- All clients receive an invoice at the end of the service that was provided and their receipts of purchases were made.
Bill By Job
- Some jobs will be billed by the project, that will need to be performed on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Details regarding tasks (I.E. Business Management, Scheduling, Calls, Managing Staff) and hours will be discussed to determine the rate for such project to make it fair for both parties.
Service Cancellations
- In order to make time available to other clients who may need assistance, it is appreciated that Elite Errand Services be given at least 96-hour cancellation notice for any service request to be given the chance to fill your scheduled blocked time frame. Missed appointments will incur a non-refundable fee & your card will be charged the remaining 75% owed for your request.
Privacy
- Your right to privacy is my top priority. Personal information will never be sold or shared with anyone or any organization without your specific permission.
Third Party Purchases
- The cost of additional goods, materials, taxes, and services (such as groceries, dry cleaning order, concert tickets, etc) is in addition to the hourly service fee, and the payment of these purchases is the responsibility of the client. In some cases, Elite Errand Service will make purchases on the company account and full reimbursement is expected at the time of delivery. Major purchases, however, require sufficient funds be provided upfront in order to cover the expense, or prepaid in advance.
- Checks, Cash, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Money Orders and Credit Card are all accepted.
