Elite Errand Services is owned & operated solely by me, Aubrey Altizer. I do not have any employees that work for me nor do I hire any employees to help me.
I grew up in Pine Grove, Amador County from the time I was 2 years old. My dad has his own construction business in Amador County and is currently semi-retired. He builds houses from the ground up, and even helped to build the Kirkwood Lodge. My mom is a retired special education teachers aid. She worked at Sutter Creek Elementary, Trilia, Ione Jr. High, Community Court School, Pioneer Elementary, Pine Grove Elementary, IHS, Amador & Argonaut high school helping children and teens.
Helping my dad with his business was always a big priority for me. I have experience coordinating other business services that are needed such as plumbers, contractors, electricians, maintenance, etc. Booking and scheduling appointments are things I do as well, along with any wait service that is needed - such as plumbers or maintenance.
I attended 4-H from third grade up until the end of high school. I was very involved with a lot of the animal groups in 4-H such as horses, goats, rabbits, and chickens. I have a lot of experience with animals thanks to all of my hands on growing up and also having many of our own animals on our property we raised and showed.
Management is one of my specialties. Whether it is lifestyle or business management.
I currently help manage people's busy lives who are needing to find more time but need to get their priorities done. These tasks range from coordinating events, scheduling appointments, finding & interviewing service providers that would be a good fit for the home or clients, organization for clients, doing errands, and different types of personal shopping.
I also manage two beautiful Airbnb properties in Amador County. Some of the tasks I do are but not limited to: Greeting and overseeing all types of service providers, supervising services being done, wait service, property checks, greeting & assisting guests, walk throughs after guest's leave, before/after pictures of the home for guest check ins, and scheduling + coordinating for owners.
One of my biggest passions has always been showing horses and I love giving riding lessons to kids and adults. I worked for a well-known trainer in Amador County for about 4 years and really loved giving lessons to people under her guidance and going to surrounding horse shows. Horses have always been a big part of my life and I've enjoyed breeding horses with my mom!
I have a lot of experience taking care of ranches while people are away. I have a really good eye for animals that may appear sick such as horses with colic, animals off their feed, and animals acting unusual. I usually do morning and evening feedings and am good at following instructions especially with specific supplements animals require.
I also have a lot of hands-on experience dog /cat sitting and watching people's homes while they are away. Plant care, mail pick up, appliance checks, and doing perimeter checks around the home to make sure everything is in place have all been things I've done.
The other big passion in life I have is helping people. I wanted to create a business that people really needed in my community that could help them and bring some peace back into life for those that need my help. Whether its needing to get to a doctor or vet appointment, needing someone to handle all of your scheduling & tackle your organization tasks, trust somebody with managing your property, - to wanting to go away for the weekend and needing someone to watch your animals that is highly experienced.
I've had hands on experience working with seniors where I've provided light duties. Such as cooking meals, meal prep, dishes, laundry, vacuuming, making appointments, scheduling and waiting for services, making beds, taking medication on time, getting mail, and transporting to and from doctor's appointments.
I've also had experience taking care of those recovering from surgery. In person medication reminders, personal shopping, making meals, document drop off's, mail pick up, R/X pick up, and keeping up the house were all tasks I did to make things run smoothly while they were in the recovery process.
Being very thorough and knowing what is needed from a task if very important to me. I do not like to leave room for any error, so communication is essential in my eyes.
Multi-tasking is another great quality I have. I am able to do multiple things efficiently with no problem at all. I can handle whatever is thrown at me and I will get it done with ease. I'm very good at staying on top of managing things, keeping track of up-coming appointments, bill payments, reminding services, making appointments, and communicating with people.
I have previously attended American River College to study to be a Registered Nurse because I’ve always wanted to help people hands on. While I currently am on the road to completing my remaining pre-requisites at American River College for my R.N. - I wanted to help people more immediately and created Elite Errand Services which i own and operate solely by myself. I am not a company, I am an individually owned small business.
